Rajanna Sircilla(Nov, 15) : BRS Working President KTR recently spoke to the public in Kathalapur, Rudrangi, and Chandurthi mandals of the Vemulawada Constituency. He emphasized the importance of the upcoming election, stating that it would shape the future of Telangana. KTR assured that if BRS party candidate Chalmeda Lakshmi Narasimha Rao wins, Vemulawada will see accelerated development. Expressing disappointment with the BJP for not fulfilling promises made to Former ZP Chairperson Tula Uma, KTR pledged protection and a respectable position for her in the BRS party. Reflecting on the past two years affected by COVID-19, KTR commended CM KCR’s leadership for maintaining development in the state.
He contrasted the BRS government’s potential six and a half years with the Congress’s six decades, asserting that significant progress could be achieved. KTR highlighted CM KCR’s initiatives, such as providing a Rs. 2000 pension to over four and a half lakh beedi workers, while criticizing Congress for its historical failures in delivering power and water to the people. Dismissing Congress leaders’ understanding of farming, KTR presented the election as a battle between the people of Telangana and outside influences, represented by figures like Rahul Gandhi and PM Narendra Modi.
He underscored the BRS party’s manifesto, including life insurance for BPL families, rice supply under the Annapurna scheme, and increased benefits for women, seniors, and healthcare. KTR concluded by urging voters to contemplate the future of Telangana carefully and make informed decisions at the ballot box.
