Hyderabad : Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority(HMDA) hosted a pre-bid meeting at T Hub in Hyderabad Knowledge Corridor, Hitec City, for the Neopolis Phase-II Plots Auction. The Government of Telangana, through HMDA, put up 7 plots for auction, ranging from 3.6 acres to 9.71 acres, totaling 45.33 acres, on 03-08-2023. The auction will be held in two sessions: 11AM to 2PM for 4 plots and 3PM to 6PM for 3 plots.
The pre-bid meeting provided prospective bidders with clarifications, plot details, and insights into the e-Auction process. It was attended by over 100 firms, real estate developers, and builders, both physically and online. MSTC Limited, a central public sector undertaking with the Government of India, will conduct the e-auction.
The Neopolis development, spread over 530 acres and strategically located close to Hitec City-Knowledge City and Financial District, offers a Multi-Use Zone with high-rise and high FSI opportunities. The meeting saw robust engagement with queries ranging from auction registration to infrastructure development and investment opportunities.
Special Chief Secretary Arvind Kumar-IAS, the Metropolitan Commissioner of HMDA, personally addressed the queries and welcomed investors to explore the prospects at Neopolis. The pre-bid meeting was informative and drew interest from both established and new developers eager to enter the Hyderabad market with flagship projects.
