Today, he is scaling new heights within the BRS party, showcasing his exceptional leadership and commitment to the betterment of society. Dr. Dasoju Sravan, a visionary leader with a legacy of social impact, has spent nearly 40 years making a significant difference across various fields. From being an active student leader during his college days to becoming a prominent advocate of the Telangana Movement, Dr. Dasoju has left an indelible mark on society.
His academic journey led to a Doctoral Degree from Osmania University, where his thesis on “Work Values & Organizational Commitment” shed light on the relationship between work values and commitment among executives in India. Transitioning to the corporate sector, he held influential positions, including Head of HR & Training, in prestigious organizations.
Driven by a strong desire to effect positive change, Dr. Dasoju embraced public life and politics. Inspired by K Chandrashekar Rao, he joined the BRS (TRS) and became an Official Spokesperson, making valuable contributions to the Telangana Movement. As a Steering Committee Member of Telangana Joint Action Committee, he actively participated in pivotal events, advocating the formation of Telangana State.
His political journey saw him contesting as an MP and MLA, actively shaping manifestos and policies with grassroots experiences. Beyond politics, Dr. Dasoju’s thought-provoking articles in Telugu and English newspapers and active engagement in socio-political movements reflect his intellectual pursuits.
Committed to social welfare, he established the “Dasoju Foundation,” a non-profit organization dedicated to charitable service. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the foundation aided the underprivileged and supported education for disadvantaged children.
