A Former Bank manager who was evading arrest for the last 18 years was caught by the Telangana Crime Investigation Department from Indore, M.P.
Hyderabad : Â On Wednesday,12 April, accused V.S. Kshirsagar, the then Branch Manager, State Bank of Indore, Dadar Branch, Mumbai in the year 1995 involved in Cr. No. 76/2005 U/Sec. 120(B), 403, 406, 409, 415, 418, 420 and 424 IPC of Kothur P.S of Mahaboob Nagar district apprehended by CID Police, Telangana State from Indore city after strenuous efforts.
A Vanising Company in the name of M/s Vani Metaspin steel limited(M/s Swetha alloys limited) at Nandigoan village, Kothur Mandal was established in 1995 and the Directors of the Company offering/promising shares to members collected Rs. 4,03,61,000/- from innocent public with active connivance of V.S. Kshirsagar, the accused who withdrew the stock investments worth Rs. 3,71,32,120/- from public issue causing loss to the Company as well as innocent share holders and subsequently the company was closed.
