Telangana State’s Top Police Official Honors Finger Print Experts for National Accolades

Hyderabad(Sep, 9): DGP of Telangana State, Anjani Kumar IPS, honored the top 10 rankers in the All India Board Examination 2023 for accreditation to finger print experts, which was conducted by the NCRB, Ministry of Home Affairs, in New Delhi. During the felicitation ceremony, Anjani Kumar, IPS, extended his heartfelt congratulations to 24 FPB ASIs on behalf of the entire 4 crore-strong Telangana population. These 24 FPB ASIs had achieved top 26 ranks, making the entire Telangana State immensely proud. This achievement is another testament to Telangana’s rising prominence, not just in sports like Tennis, Badminton, but now in Chess, with numerous grandmasters hailing from the state. Telangana is evolving comprehensively, and its police force is no exception, excelling in Law & Order maintenance and the adoption of modern technology.

DGP Anjani Kumar also commended the efforts of ADGP CID Mahesh M Bhagwat IPS, for consistently delivering results every 2nd or 3rd day in various aspects of CID functions. He emphasized that CID, as one of the oldest wings of the Police, is regaining its glory through enhanced operations. Furthermore, the DGP advised the top-ranked finger print ASIs to view this success as a stepping stone rather than a final destination, underscoring the importance of continuous learning and skill enhancement for both personal and organizational growth.

ADGP CID Mahesh M Bhagwat-IPS attributed this achievement to the unwavering support and guidance of DGP Anjani kumar. He highlighted that this examination not only certified the finger print ASIs as experts but also contributed to their career advancement, allowing them to testify as Finger Print Experts in a court of law. ADG CID elaborated on the examination process, congratulated the FPB ASIs, and expressed gratitude to Director FPB, M.D. Tata Rao, Inspector Sujay, and others for their dedicated efforts.
