Banswara, Nizamabad(Aug, 26): State Home Minister, Mohammad Mahmood Ali, and Legislative Assembly Speaker, Pocharam Srinivasa Reddy, inaugurated the newly constructed “Telangana Minority Gurukul School (Boys)” building at a cost of 6.70 crores.
The event saw the presence of various dignitaries, including Minority Commission Chairman Tariq Ansari, Minority Finance Corporation Chairman Mohammad Imtiyaz Ishaq, Urdu Academy Chairman Mujibuddin, Waqf Board Chairman Masih Ullah and more.
Speaker Pocharam highlighted the significant growth of Gurukul schools under Chief Minister KCR’s guidance, providing quality education to economically disadvantaged children. He emphasized the government’s commitment to nurturing talent and creating equal opportunities for all.
Home Minister Mohammad Mahmood Ali praised the completion of the building within 14 months and commended the focus on educational development. He highlighted the positive impact of minority residential schools, where students are excelling in national defense exams. Plans for a minority junior college adjacent to the Kotagiri residential school were also mentioned.
