Shocking Video Emerges: Woman Student Dragged by Hair in Agricultural University Protest

Hyderabad(Jan, 24) : In a deeply unsettling incident, a female student at Agricultural University Rajendarnagar found herself in distressing circumstances as two scooter-borne woman constables reportedly pulled her by the hair, causing her to fall onto the road. The incident occurred amidst ongoing student protests at the university opposing the allotment of university land for the construction of the Telangana High Court.

During the protest, a woman student, believed to be associated with the Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), was pursued by two women constables on a scooter. Shockingly, the pillion rider grabbed the student by her hair, leading to her unfortunate fall and resulting in injuries to her hands and legs.

Telangana, known for its stringent police administration that has set an example for other states, faced an unexpected challenge to its reputation as such actions by the police raised serious questions about the overall image of the Telangana Police.

This incident, captured in a video that quickly went viral on social media platforms, drew widespread condemnation from netizens who labeled it as “unprofessional behavior” by law enforcement personnel.
