Hyderabad City Security Council Presents STREE Summit 2023, Driving Positive Change for Women’s Safety
Hyderabad(July, 10) : The Hyderabad City Security Council (HCSC) is excited to announce the upcoming STREE Summit 2023, a significant event aimed at empowering women in safety and security. Taking place on July 12th, 2023, at the Auditorium – Integrated Command & Control Centre, Banjara Hills Road number 12, the summit will bring together influential leaders, experts, and advocates to engage in dialogue and drive positive change in creating safer environments for women and fostering their growth. The STREE Summit, an initiative of HCSC, seeks to address the unique safety challenges faced by women and emphasize the importance of gender equality in safety and security. Through insightful discussions, interactive sessions, and collaborative workshops, the summit will explore innovative strategies, share best practices, and promote inclusive approaches that empower women to lead secure lives. Expressing his enthusiasm for the STREE Summit, C.V Anand IPS, Chairperson of HCSC and Commissioner of Police, stated, “Ensuring the safety and security of women is not just a responsibility but a moral obligation. The panel discussions will cover areas such as empowering adolescents, navigating women’s mental health complexities, and fostering women’s leadership and entrepreneurial spirit, breaking glass ceilings.
