Gulf Migrant Votebank: Nangi Devender Reddy’s Bid Gains Momentum
BJP Leader Nangi Devender Reddy took a significant step towards his political aspirations by submitting his application form today at the BJP State Party Office. He hopes to secure a ticket to contest for the Legislative Assembly seat from the Makthal Legislative Assembly Constituency. Alongside him, several other prominent state leaders also threw their hats into the ring, vying for the coveted ticket. Notably, two other influential leaders from the same Makthal constituency have entered the fray, one of them being a former MP. While Jitender Reddy appears to have the blessings of certain factions, the party’s high command has recognized Nangi Devender Reddy’s strong influence in areas characterized by a significant Gulf migration population.
Additionally, his active involvement in the RSS is viewed as an opportunity to connect with grassroots support, making him a compelling candidate for the upcoming elections.
