1,296 Double Bedroom Houses Allotted in Abdullahpur Mandal by Home Minister

Hyderabad(Sep, 21): State Home Minister Mohammed Mahmood Ali participated in the distribution of double bedroom houses in Annaram, Abdullahpur met mandal, Hyderabad. During the event, he praised the unique schemes implemented by the Telangana government under the leadership of Chief Minister KCR, stating that such initiatives are unparalleled in the country. A total of 1,296 houses were distributed at a cost of 112.10 crore rupees. The Home Minister commended the transparent distribution process, which includes allotment through lottery, ensuring fairness. He emphasized the government’s commitment to the welfare of the poor and marginalized sections of society. He highlighted the substantial developments achieved in the state during the nine-year rule of CM KCR, with special mention of the benefits provided to minority communities.

A budget of 2200 crore rupees has been allocated for minority development, and various programs, such as Shaadi Mubarak and scholarships, have significantly impacted the lives of minority youth. Additionally, the government’s support for educational institutions, including the conversion of 204 residential schools into junior colleges, has enhanced access to quality education. The Home Minister also noted initiatives such as the Chief Minister’s Overseas Scholarship, support for imams and muezzins, and the remarkable progress achieved in various sectors through schemes like Rythu Bandhu, Dalit Bandhu, and more. CM KCR emphasized the state’s inclusive and secular values and highlighted the exceptional development achieved in Telangana over the last nine years, surpassing decades of progress in just a short span. The event saw the participation of local dignitaries, including MLA Manchireddy Kishan Reddy, Chairperson Swapna Chiranjeevi, Vice Chairperson Sampurna, Councilor Sridhar Reddy, Joint Collector Bhupal Reddy, and others.
