Hyderabad(Feb, 15) :Â Tarun Joshi IPS, the newly appointed Commissioner of the Rachakonda Commissionerate, assumed office today at the CP Office Neredmet. A meeting convened on this occasion included discussions with DCPs, ACPs, and other officials serving in Rachakonda. Addressing the gathering, Commissioner Joshi emphasized the commitment to uphold peace and security within the region. He pledged to implement specialized measures to tackle traffic congestion and prevent fatal accidents, while also prioritizing swift resolution of criminal cases. Stressing the importance of inter-departmental coordination, he underscored plans to ensure seamless collaboration among civil, AR, battalion, and traffic divisions.
Furthermore, Commissioner Joshi highlighted the enforcement of stringent measures to safeguard women, with plans to bolster the effectiveness of She Teams. He outlined strategies to combat drug trafficking and usage, alongside comprehensive awareness initiatives aimed at deterring youth involvement in substance abuse. In light of the surge in cybercrimes, he vowed to crack down on digital offenses while spearheading extensive awareness campaigns.
Drawing from his tenure as additional commissioner of Rachakonda, Commissioner Joshi expressed familiarity with the area and reiterated his commitment to serving the community. He emphasized collaborative efforts among the three commissionerates to swiftly address public grievances and ensure the welfare of police personnel. Encouraging unity among officers and staff, he emphasized the collective responsibility to instill a sense of security within the populace.
