Hyderabad : In anticipation of the upcoming TSLA election, City Police Commissioner CV Anand led a comprehensive meeting involving senior officers of ACP rank and above. The meeting, held at the City Police Headquarters, focused on preparatory measures, including vulnerability mapping, identifying critical polling stations, and deployment strategies for specialized forces. Discussions also covered personalized visits to polling stations by ACPs and SHOs to support those new to their roles.
The meeting emphasized proactive measures against potential disruptors and revisited past election-related offenses. Police Nodal officers were urged to coordinate effectively, and DCPs were tasked with arranging accommodations for CAPF and external forces. Enforcement efforts, logistics, and deployment were also key points of discussion.
