Legalising Same-Sex Marriage Will Have Devastating Impact On Society: Former Judges
New Delhi 29March(ANI) : A group of former judges of high courts on Wednesday issued an open letter saying the legalisation of same-sex marriage in India will have a devastating impact on society at large.
Same-Sex marriage system is an attempt to impose western civilization on the culture of independent India.
In the name of freedom to choose gay marriage, which has spread like cancer in western countries, efforts are being made to import India’s judiciary by misusing it.
In a country like America, 70 percent of the cases of HIV AIDS reported in 2019-20 were among gay men. Giving legal recognition to homosexuals in the name of personal freedom will also increase the number of HIV AIDS patients.
It has been found in the study that there is a bad effect on the mental health of children adopted by same-sex couples.
Recognizing same-sex marriage will change the definition of personal law related to the existing adoption and succession
