Vikarabad(Oct, 16) : In a recent campaign meeting held in Vikarabad, TPCC president Revanth Reddy announced that if the Congress comes to power in Telangana, they will implement six guarantees during “Indiramma’s rule.” Revanth Reddy called upon the people to support the Congress and bring back what he referred to as “Indiramma’s kingdom” by voting and endorsing these guarantees. He set a significant date, December 9, 2023, for the signing of the first six guarantees, inviting everyone to be a part of this endeavor.
Revanth Reddy emphasized the importance of the upcoming 2023 elections, highlighting that the campaign had commenced from Vikarabad. He encouraged people to win assembly seats in Vikarabad district and noted the symbolic significance of starting his campaign there, contrasting it with KCR’s campaign in Husnabad.
Addressing the needs of various constituencies, Revanth Reddy called for the victory of specific candidates in different regions, stressing the importance of their roles in bringing the Congress to power. He also expressed concern for farmers, questioning the delayed fulfillment of their dreams even after a decade of Telangana’s existence.
Revanth Reddy criticized the culture and values in the region, pointing out a recent incident involving a girl named Sunithamma. He also accused KCR of having mercenaries in his meetings and criticized KTR for making false statements on a Private News Channel.
The meeting also saw several leaders joining the Congress party, with Revanth Reddy extending a warm welcome to new members by covering them with a scarf. Additionally, Revanth Reddy conducted a door-to-door distribution of guarantee cards and explained the six guarantees to the people, urging them to support Gaddam Prasad in Vikarabad. In other regions, leaders, including the Bodhan Municipal Chairman and councilors, joined the Congress party in the presence of Revanth Reddy.
