Hyderabad(July, 13) : During a gathering where leaders from various political parties in Maharashtra pledged their support to the Bharat Rashtra Samiti (BRS), President and Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao emphasized the importance of adopting effective governance practices and fostering innovation. Rao highlighted that by implementing qualitative changes in administration, wealth creation could be realized and shared with those in need.
He expressed his concern over the Centre’s redundant policies, emphasizing their lack of relevance to the present-day requirements. Rao further stated that the country’s potential and abundant resources were not being fully utilized, leading to imbalanced development caused by a lack of vision. He stressed the significance of engaging vital segments such as farmers, women, youth, and professionals in the development process, underlining the necessity for change. Rao called for raising awareness among voters to ensure the selection of the right political party capable of fulfilling people’s aspirations, asserting that social equality could only be achieved through progressive thinking. Notable individuals who joined the BRS during this event included former MLA LT Sawant from Pune, Manav Venkatesh, the NCP president of South Mumbai, retired CBI officer Lakshmana Raj Sanap, sportsperson Nilesh Madhukar Rane, and social worker Dr. Kiran Vaidya.
