K.T. Rama Rao Accuses Congress of Fostering Political Murders in Telangana
Hyderabad : Bharat Rashtra Samithi Working President K.T. Rama Rao launched scathing allegations against the Congress party, accusing it of nurturing a culture of political violence in Telangana. Specifically targeting Minister Jupally Krishna Rao, KTR asserted that the Minister is the architect of this ominous trend, particularly evident in Kollapur. According to KTR, Minister Jupally’s influence has instigated factionalism to unprecedented levels in Telangana, leading to two murders within a span of four months. KTR emphasized that these heinous acts wouldn’t have transpired without the Minister’s backing and demanded immediate action from Chief Minister Revanth Reddy.
Highlighting the recent murders in Kollapur, KTR underscored that this isn’t an isolated incident, with two fatalities occurring within months. He called for the dismissal of Minister Jupally Krishna Rao, condemning the Congress for its alleged vendetta against those who didn’t support them in elections. Expressing deep mistrust in the local police, KTR demanded their suspension and urged for either a Special Investigation Team (SIT) or judicial inquiry into the murders.
Addressing the delayed police response and alleged coercion of the victim’s family, KTR insisted on a transparent investigation. He warned against the deteriorating law and order situation in rural areas, pledging to mobilize mass support if immediate action isn’t taken. KTR paid respects to the slain BRS leader Sridhar Reddy, promising assistance to his family and vowing to safeguard activists in the region.
