Systra Group and Telangana Government Unveil Ambitious Plans for Systra Digital Centre in Hyderabad

Davos (Jan, 18) : In a significant development at the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2024 in Davos, the Systra Group, led by CEO Pierre Verzat, has announced its collaboration with the Government of Telangana (GoT) to establish the Systra Digital Centre (SDC) in Hyderabad. This initiative, marked by the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between Mr. Verzat and IT and Industries Minister of Telangana, Dr. D Sridhar Babu, aims to leverage advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence in the engineering sector.

The SDC will house a team of over 1000 professionals dedicated to developing digital tools for design production optimization and efficient project management services. The focus on digitalization seeks to address inefficiencies arising from manual operations, with design automation enabling the capture and re-use of engineering knowledge. The establishment of the Systra Digital Centre is expected to not only generate employment opportunities for the youth but also contribute to the government’s efforts in designing more efficient public services and engineering systems.

Reflecting on the venture, Minister Dr. Sridhar Babu expressed a warm welcome to Systra, highlighting the positive impact on employment and government services, while Mr. Pierre Verzat commended Telangana as a prime destination for tech talent worldwide.
