Harish Rao Criticizes Revanth Reddy’s Remarks on Exam Postponement

Hyderabad : Former Minister and MLA Harish Rao has sharply criticized Chief Minister Revanth Reddy’s comments on postponing exams, accusing him of displaying a lack of maturity. Harish Rao highlighted the inconsistency in Revanth Reddy’s stance, reminding him of his previous support for postponing Group 2 and TET exams when candidates requested it.

He questioned why Revanth Reddy, who once demanded positive decisions from the government, is now opposing such measures. Rao accused the Chief Minister of having double standards, comparing his behavior unfavorably to that of a chameleon. He claimed that Revanth Reddy has politicized the aspirations and lives of students and the unemployed, sidelining their hopes after coming to power.

Harish Rao expressed disappointment in the Chief Minister’s reckless remarks about postponing DSC exams, emphasizing that a person of his stature should not make such degrading comments about students and the unemployed. He challenged Revanth Reddy’s assertion that students are being incited for political gain, asking if Congress leaders’ past requests for postponements were similarly motivated.

Rao condemned the Chief Minister for making political criticisms instead of showing sympathy for the candidates’ struggles, accusing him of evading responsibility and playing with the lives of the unemployed. He warned that the people are observing Revanth Reddy’s behavior and double standards, and they will undoubtedly hold him accountable.
