Permanent Dismissal of employees who involved in irregularities in the Examination – Minister Sabitha Indra Reddy
Hyderabad (4th April ): State Education Minister Sabitha Indra Reddy has made it clear that employees found guilty of irregularities in the conduct of Class 10th examinations will be permanently removed from their jobs, warning that those found negligent in performing their duties will be punished. Will not be ignored in any case. She said that the class 10th question paper has not been leaked in the state and the students appearing for the exam need not worry in this regard. A video conference was held with District Collectors, Commissioners of Police, SPs on the conduct of class X examinations. Education Department Secretary V. Karuna, School Education Commissioner Devasena, Police Range IGs Shahnawaz Kasim and Chandrasekhar Reddy also participated in the video conference.
Minister Sabitha Indra Reddy said that the government has taken strict measures in the conduct of examinations and requested them not to play with the future of the students for their selfish interests in the matter of these examinations. Along with this, Collector and SP have been advised to take more strict steps regarding the conduct of the remaining four examinations, Sabitha Indra Reddy clarified that about 55 thousand officers and employees are directly participating in the conduct of these examinations.
Cell phones and electronic devices are not to be allowed in the examination centers under any circumstances and this rule also applies to the officers and staff conducting the examination. She said that the examination is being conducted in a very transparent manner and there is no room for any misunderstanding or doubt in this regard, Collector and SP have been instructed to take more security measures regarding transportation of examination papers. She said that Section 144 should be strictly implemented at the examination centers and Xerox shops should be kept closed. The minister congratulated the officials for their efforts to conduct the Inter exams in a peaceful manner.
