Hyderabad(28March) : People are dying on a large scale due to heart attack. In order to reduce the sudden death of people due to lack of treatment, a unique initiative was taken by the city police in this direction. CPR training was conducted at CAR HQ, Hyderabad by Dr. M. Srikanth, MBBS, DCH, DNM, Paediatrician, on the orders of CP, Hyderabad and Joint CP. Around 422 policemen (Police Officers and Reserve Inspectors of Police of ACPs, CAR HQ, Hyderabad) participated in the event.
CPR is a life-saving technique useful in many emergencies, such as a heart attack, in which someone’s breathing or heartbeat has stopped. This type of training has become very important today.
