Hyderabad : Telangana Congress President Revanth Reddy recently unveiled a statue of former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi in front of the Telangana Secretariat. The statue’s inauguration symbolizes a tribute to Rajiv Gandhi’s contributions to India, particularly his efforts toward decentralization and empowerment through the 73rd and 74th Constitutional Amendments, which aimed to strengthen Panchayati Raj institutions.
