Hyderabad : On August 10th , a review meeting took place at the Secretariat to discuss the implementation of various schemes by the TSMFC. The meeting was attended by key officials, including Shanti Kumari, Chief Secretary to Government, K. Ramakrishna Rao, Principal Secretary to Government, Mohd. Imtiyaz Ishaq, Chairman of TSMFC, Syed Omar Jaleel, Secretary to Government, Minority Welfare Department, B. Shafiullah, Secretary of TMREIS, and A. Kanthi Wesley, Vice Chairman & Managing Director of TSMFC.
The agenda covered the following points:
a) Steps taken to implement the Financial Assistance program of 1.00 lakh rupees with 100% Subsidy, as announced by Hon’ble Chief Minister Sri. K. Chandrashekar Rao Garu, in the First Phase. The distribution of cheques to 10 thousand selected beneficiaries, amounting to 1.00 lakh rupees each, is set to commence on August 16th, 2023.
b) The discussion centered on ensuring that the maximum number of eligible Muslim Minority applicants, who were not initially selected, would benefit from this scheme.
During the meeting, praise was extended to Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao, Minister of Finance, Health, Medical & Family Welfare, T. Harish Rao, Minister for SCDD. M.W., DW & SCW Koppula Eshwar , and Minister of Home, Prisons & Fire Services Mahmood Ali. These leaders were acknowledged for their efforts in establishing and fostering various allied business activities, contributing to the economic development and betterment of the Minority community within the state of Telangana.
