Chandrayaan-3: India’s Giant Leap in Space Exploration Celebrated by Governor and CM

Hyderabad(Aug, 23) : Governor Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan witnessed the live streaming of the Chandrayaan-3 spacecraft’s triumphant landing at the Birla Planetarium. She lauded ISRO for India’s historic achievement, marking a significant step towards global leadership in science and space technology. Dr. Soundararajan expressed her joy and hope for the nation, emphasizing the realization of the Amrit Kaal goal. Her congratulations extended to the dedicated scientists and the entire ISRO team, as well as warm wishes to the citizens and PM Narendra Modi. She expressed gratitude to the Birla Science Museum and Planetarium for facilitating this remarkable live viewing experience.

In tandem, Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao shared his elation over the successful landing of the Lander Module for Chandrayaan-3’s lunar mission. He celebrated India’s groundbreaking accomplishment, becoming the first country to place a lander module on the Moon’s South Pole, a momentous achievement that elevates India’s status in the realm of global space exploration. CM KCR conveyed his pride and felicitations to ISRO, its scientists, and staff for their role in this triumphant space endeavor.

The Chief Minister emphasized that this is a day of national celebration, fulfilling a longstanding aspiration.
