Hyderabad : Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) Working President K. T. Rama Rao has announced a grand three-day celebration to commemorate the 10th Telangana State Formation Day. Highlighting the significance of this milestone, KTR emphasized the relentless struggle and sacrifices made by KCR and the BRS, including KCR’s hunger strike, to achieve statehood for Telangana. KTR urged the party cadre and citizens to actively participate in these decade celebrations to honor this historic achievement.
The celebrations will begin on June 1st at 5 PM with a candlelight rally from the Martyrs’ Memorial in Gun Park to the Amar Jyoti at Tank Bund, paying homage to the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for Telangana’s cause. Former Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao and numerous Telangana activists will be present. On June 2nd, the main event will take place at Telangana Bhavan, where BRS President KCR will hoist the national and party flags at 9:30 AM and address the party cadre. The final day, June 3rd, will feature district-level activities, including flag-hoisting and various service programs like fruit and food distribution to the needy, under the leadership of district party presidents.
