Hyderabad(Mar, 24) : BRS MP and Joginipally Santhosh have vehemently denied the allegations of land grabbing and forgery leveled against him, asserting that these accusations are politically motivated. In a press statement, he clarified, “I paid ₹3 crores 81 lakhs 50 thousand and bought it through sale deed under the authority of registration department. So the word forgery does not apply. That is not true. No litigation has arisen for eight years. No one contacted me.” He further expressed his willingness to address any legal issues, stating, “If there are any legal issues then please give me legal notice first. Ask for an explanation. But without anything like that, they directly complained to the police station that forgery was done.”
Emphasizing his innocence, he urged for proper investigation, stating, “People are creating misconceptions by making unnecessary accusations about the property that I bought. I am not guilty of any possessions. Anyone can inquire about the land I bought. I have no objection. I am ready to face legal action.” Earlier, Navayuga Engineering Company Limited had lodged a complaint against him in Banjara Hills Police Station for alleged land grabbing in Banjara Hills.
