Hyderabad : The Telangana Cyber Security Bureau has successfully apprehended two cyber fraudsters, Nand Kishore (42) and Deepak Vaishnav (31), involved in numerous cyber crimes across several Indian states, including Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Maharashtra. The duo, operating under the fictitious name “Salasar Trading Company” from Beawar, Rajasthan, deceived a victim from Karimnagar into investing ₹46.11 lakhs in a fake stock market scheme via a fraudulent website. Following their arrest on August 8, 2024, in Beawar, the suspects were brought to Karimnagar on a transit warrant and will face judicial remand. Preliminary investigations suggest their involvement in 23 cyber crimes across India.
The CCPS, Karimnagar team, led by Inspector Sunil and supervised by DySP V. Narsimha Reddy, was commended for their swift and effective action.
