Telangana BJP Slams Congress for Price Hikes, Unfulfilled Promises

Hyderabad : Telangana state BJP official spokesperson N V Subhash has criticized the Congress government in Karnataka, alleging that it has deceived the people by increasing prices of essential commodities and petroleum products shortly after the Lok Sabha election results.

Subhash claimed that the actions of the Siddaramaiah government have exposed its true colors, portraying it as anti-people. He warned that more such decisions detrimental to the public interest may follow. Shifting focus to Telangana, Subhash expressed concerns over the state government’s plan to revise registration charges for agriculture and non-agriculture land and properties from August 1.

He argued that this move would directly impact the real estate sector, potentially burdening aspiring homeowners. Subhash accused the Congress of failing to fulfill any of its promises since assuming power in Telangana and cautioned the public against trusting impractical guarantees made solely to gain power. He asserted that such policies do not ensure the welfare of the people or promote a healthy state economy.
