Telangana BJP President Bandi Sanjay Kumar, who was arrested & named prime accused in the SSC Question paper leak, was granted bail on Thursday.
Hyderabad(6April) : Telangana BJP president Bandi Sanjay Kumar was granted bail in the SSC question paper leak case on Thursday on the condition of Rs 20,000 surety from a magistrate court in Warangal. He is likely to be released on Friday. The court set the condition that Bandi Sanjay Kumar should not leave the country, should cooperate with the investigation and should not threaten the witnesses.
NV Subhash, official Spokesperson of state BJP party said ” finally truth won the political war orchestrated by CM KCR” and welcoming the Hanamkonda court judgement granting bail to state party Chief Bandi Sanjay Kumar.
Subhash also said, ” It’s a slap on the face of CM KCR and BRS party as they wanted to keep Bandi Sanjay inside the Jail and to prevent him to participate in PM programmes on April 8 in a false case.” But the victory will be finally of truth.
