Strict arrangements for the smooth conduct of the Group-I preliminary examinations

Medak(June, 9) : District Collector Rajarshi Shah has ordered the officials to make strict arrangements for the smooth conduct of the Group-I preliminary examinations to be held on 11th of this month. This was informed by the District Collector through a press note. He has advised the authorities to make proper arrangements so that the 3,293 candidates allotted to the district have been set up at 7 centers to write the examinations. Preliminary examination will be held on Sunday 11th of this month from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM.

The Chief Superintendents have instructed the candidates to reach the examination center by 10.15 am and not to allow anyone to enter after 10.15 am. It has been clarified that candidates should bring only sandals to the examination hall, shoes are not allowed. Similarly, mobile phones, calculators, watches, belts etc. electronic gadgets are not allowed. Candidates should attend the exam with downloaded hall ticket and valid photo ID card. Invigilators should ensure that candidates write the hall ticket number and booklet number on the ONR sheet with blue/black child paint and keep only the question paper on the seats of the absent students in the examination hall. The Collector said that the appointed Route Officers, Chief Superintendent and Liaison Officers should create coordination and conduct the examinations smoothly. On this occasion, the Collector suggested that drinking water and other facilities should be provided near the examination centers and strict security arrangements should be made at the examination centers.
