Special teams of CID Telangana arrest 2 interstate absconding accused
Telangana : Special Teams of CID traced and has apprehended two Inter-state absconding accused from Maharashtra and AP on 15th March 2023. One of the accused was wanted for last 13years.
1. Accused Garandkar Parameshwar in Cr no 47/2010, cc no 201/2013, U/S 409,420,465,468,471,477(1),120(b) of earlier PS Jainoor, later transferred to CID RO karimnagar.,(19 lakhs SBH Bank fraud case). The accused is absconding since 2010 and NBW is pending at first-class judicial magistrate, Adilabad. Team of Srinivasa Rao, SI, CID KNR, S Mallaiah, PC-11, B Phillips Sarangapani, PC-1160 with hard work and efforts traced and apprehended the absconding accused from Jivati Mandal of Chandrapur District of Maharashtra.
2. The accused Kota Rajesh from Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh in Cr. No. 49/2010 u/s 420 IPC & 66 r/w 43 (a) of IT Act, 2008 of Cyber Crimes CID. The accused was absconding since 2022.
Team of Younis Khan, ASI, CID and MA Mannan, HC 2258 traced the accused in Prodduturu and executed pending NBW
As per instructions of Mahesh M. Bhagwat-IPS, Addl. DGP, CID, Telangana Special teams for NBW execution formed under the supervision of B Ram Reddy, S.P CMS. Mahesh Bhagwat, IPS has appreciated Special Teams and they will be suitably rewarded soon.
