The accused, a 35-year-old man working at a chicken shop in Manikonda, Hyderabad, originally hails from Raipur, Narayanpur, Barahat in Banka district of Bihar.

The incident occurred on the evening of August 6, when Md. Gousia Begum, the complainant, took her two daughters to the station to travel to Jangaon.
