Permission should be given to investigate Minister KTR in paper leak case: TPCC President Revanth Reddy
Hyderabad : TPCC president Revanth Reddy said that they have requested the Governor to allow Minister KTR to be investigated in the TSPSC paper leak case. TSPSC should be completely cancelled and investigated. He, along with several Congress leaders, met Governor Tamilisai and complained about the irregularities in the paper leak. He said the employees of KTR’s department were the key players in the paper leak and demanded that KTR should be held responsible for this. He accused them of stealing the paper and selling it for crores and messing with the lives of lakhs of unemployed. Revanth said that allegations are also being made against KTR’s PA in this incident. According to Article 317, the Governor has special powers, according to which the Governor has the power to suspend all the present Board members.
Revanth accused the role of government elders in the paper leakage. An application has been submitted to the Governor to prosecute Minister KTR. He said that the application was given by codifying the judgement given by the Supreme Court in the previous Vyapam scam. He said that they have requested the Governor to give Congress an opportunity to prosecute Minister KTR along with TSPSC Chairman Janardhan Reddy and Secretary Anita Ramachandran.
He said that they have requested the Governor to dissolve the TSPSC till the investigation is complete as the members of the TSPSC Board are likely to influence the case. Revanth said that the Governor responded positively to this and said that she will take a legal opinion and take a decision.
