Nizamabad(July, 07) : In a significant event, State Roads and Buildings Minister Vemula Prashanth Reddy, accompanied by State Legislature Speaker Pocharam Srinivas Reddy, Minister Indrakaran Reddy, and RTC Chairman Baji Reddy Govardhan, oversaw the release of Kaleshwaram water from the Mupkal pump house in Balkonda constituency into the SRSP reservoir through a flood canal. The occasion was marked by special ceremonies and pujas to welcome the Kaleshwaram waters.
Several prominent figures were present at the event, including Rajya Sabha Member Suresh Reddy, MLAs Jeevan Reddy and Rekha Naik, ZP Chairman Vitthal Rao, Collector Rajeev Gandhi , Women Empowerment Development Association Chairperson Akula Lalita, former MLCs VG Goud and Rajeswara Rao, as well as leaders Dr. Madhu Shekhar and Kotapati Narsimha Naidu, among others. The participation of these esteemed individuals added significance to the event.
