Half day schools in Telangana from 15th March.
Hyderabad: The Director of School Education, Telangana on Monday declared half-day schools for primary, upper primary and high schools under government, government-aided and private management from March 15 till the last working day i.e. April 24 for the academic year 2022-23. announced.
In a circular to all regional joint directors of school education and district education officers (DEOs) in Telangana, the director of school education said, “Schools i.e. primary, upper primary and high schools under all managements will function from 8 am to 12.30 pm.” Will do and mid-day meal will be provided at 12:30 pm”.
The special classes for class X students preparing for SSC Public Examination, April-2023 will continue uninterrupted. As per the circular the schools which have SSC exam centers will function from 1 pm to 5 pm.
As per the circular, “All Regional Joint Directors of School Education and DEOs are directed to pass the order to all the schools functioning under their management and monitor the implementation.”
