Hyderabad : In a momentous statement, Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao lauded the sale of lands at an astonishing Rs.100.75 crore per acre, as a true testament to the exemplary growth of the state of Telangana. He emphasized that the purchase of land by world-class companies at such a premium price should not be perceived solely from an economic standpoint, but also as a reflection of Telangana’s remarkable progress. The Chief Minister proudly pointed to Hyderabad’s development index as evidence of the city’s rapid advancement, asserting that the soaring land prices served as a strong rebuttal to those who once doubted the city’s potential. He reminded detractors of the State’s unwavering determination to lead villages and towns towards prosperity and transform Hyderabad into a cosmopolitan hub, thereby upholding the city’s self-esteem and its vision for a vibrant and prosperous future.
CM KCR also congratulated , MAUD Minister KT Rama Rao and HMDA Metropolitan Commissioner and MAUD Special Chief Secretary Arvind Kumar for their efforts towards the development of Hyderabad.
