Hyderabad : Reserve Bank of India has advised banks to stop issuing banknotes in the denomination of Rs 2,000 with immediate effect. RBI has said that these notes will remain legally valid till 30 September.
On the closure of 2000 notes, senior BRS leader Dr. Dasoju Sravan called the RBI’s decision wrong, and targeted the Modi government, saying that demonetisation is a big scam, Narendra Modi is considering the country as his fiefdom today. This country will not run due to Modi’s arbitrariness, it is the responsibility of the central government, the public should answer this.
