Hyderabad(July 30) : Hyderabad City Police underwent a major reshuffle, transferring over 163 inspectors in compliance with Election Commission guidelines. City Police Chief CV Anand issued the orders and urged prompt reporting to new postings. The reorganization aims to optimize resources and enhance policing. New officers were briefed on recent changes and instructed to acclimate quickly. The top brass emphasized fixed duties and welfare of staff officers. The overhaul heralds positive changes in infrastructure, manpower, and resource allocation.
During the meeting, the Joint Commissioners of Police in charge of Administration, CAR, and Training also addressed various administrative issues, fleet management and allocation, and the rationalization of staff, aiming for a more efficient and effective police force.
