BRSparty Announces 115 candidates : BRS Party’s Electoral Strategy Takes Shape with KCR’s Dual Contest Decision
Hyderabad(Aug, 21): In a significant announcement, the President of the BRS party and Telangana Chief Minister, K Chandrashekhar Rao, revealed the party’s lineup of candidates for the upcoming Assembly elections. Notably, he disclosed his own intention to contest from both the Kamareddy and Gajwel constituencies.
The candidate list underwent revisions, encompassing seven constituencies: Boath, Khanapur, Wyra, Korutla, Uppal, Asifabad, and Vemulawada. Intriguingly, candidacies for Nampally, Narsapur, Goshamahal, and Jangaon constituencies were temporarily withheld, with their announcement slated for a later date. This declaration marks a pivotal step in the BRS party’s preparation for the forthcoming electoral contest.
Industries Minister and BRS working president KT Rama Rao extended congratulations to all the nominees, acknowledging the complexities of public life and assuring deserving leaders of alternative opportunities to serve the people. KCR’s announcement was followed by Rama Rao expressing gratitude for his renomination as a candidate from Siricilla.
