Hyderabad (June, 24) : Under the directives of BJP National President J P Nadda, BJP leader Mir Firasath Ali Baqri recently organized a unique initiative called the BJP Urdu Wall Writing Program. This program aimed to reach out to the Urdu-speaking population under the Hyderabad Parliament Constituency and Charminar Assembly Constituency in Telangana. The event witnessed the active participation of several prominent political figures.
Among the notable personalities present at the event were N Ramchander Rao, an Ex MLC, Dr. Bhagwanth Rao, a Contested MP, T Uma Mahender, a Contested MLA, Alka Manoj, State VP, Diyanath Ali Khan, State Secretary, Mehesh Giri, Wajahat Ali, Sujit Thakur, and Abbas Raza Khan. Their presence highlighted the significance of this initiative in promoting outreach and engagement with the Urdu-speaking community.
The objective of the BJP Urdu Wall Writing Program is to connect with the masses by using the Urdu language, a medium that holds immense cultural and linguistic importance to many residents of Telangana.
