Adani’s scams should be investigated by JPC: Opposition
New Delhi : The BRS and other opposition parties boycotted Parliament for two days to protest Modi’s authoritarian policies.
Opposition parties boycotted the Parliament session demanding a comprehensive probe into Adani’s financial scams and demanded the appointment of a Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC). Protesting the central government’s backtracking on the Adani case, and its intransigent stand against the JPC, MPs from the BRS and other opposition parties protested at the Gandhi statue, boycotting meetings.
Rajya Sabha member V. Ravichandra, BRS parliamentary party leader K Keshavrao, BRS party leader in Lok Sabha N Nageswara Rao, MPs Santosh Kumar, P. Ramulu, K.R. Suresh Reddy, B.B. Patil, Kotta Prabhakar Reddy, Badulgula Lingaya Yadav, Ranjith Reddy, Pasunuri Dayakar, Kavitha, Manne Srinivas participated in the protest along with Reddy.
