Hyderabad : Jamaat-e-Islami Hind, Telangana, has announced the Journalism Fellowship 2025 to encourage and recognise talented students pursuing studies in journalism. The announcement was made during the release of the fellowship poster, where Telangana Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami Hind, Mohammed Azharuddin, said the initiative aims to appreciate the academic abilities of promising students and inspire them towards responsible, dignified and ethical journalism.
The fellowship, offered under the Human Resource Development (HRD) department, is open to Muslim undergraduate, postgraduate and diploma students studying journalism in universities and colleges across Telangana who have successfully completed their previous semester. Selected candidates will be honoured at a state-level award programme. The last date to apply is December 31, 2025, and applications can be submitted by scanning the QR code provided on the poster.
