Creators Meet 2025 Marks New Digital Era for Uttarakhand’s Development
Dehradun: Uttarakhand is set to become ‘most powerful’ through digital empowerment. A new chapter was added to the state’s development journey when, under the banner of C2C – Committed to Commoner (a unit of Kedar Beyond Creation Pvt. Ltd.), the “Uttarakhand Creators Meet 2025 and Women Entrepreneur Felicitation Ceremony” was organized for the first time. The presence of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami as the chief guest at the event held on 8 December in Dehradun infused the ceremony with energy and enthusiasm, while also laying a strong foundation for the state’s development vision. The participation of hundreds of content creators, influencers, and digital entrepreneurs transformed the gathering into a vibrant confluence of youth determined to bring Uttarakhand’s culture, tourism, and entrepreneurship onto the global stage.
Emphasizing women entrepreneurship, five outstanding women were honoured with the Women Entrepreneur Awards. Talents such as Jyoti Dabral, Nalini Gusain, Gayatri, Kanchan Jadli, Shashi Bahuguna Raturi, and Swati Singh were recognized for their innovation, entrepreneurship, and regional contributions. This initiative strengthens the role of women in the state’s development model, especially as digital platforms increasingly empower rural economies. Appreciating this, Chief Minister Dhami remarked that the dream of a Developed India will reach every village and block—with women entrepreneurs leading the way. These awards represent not only personal motivation but also the economic empowerment of the entire state.
Highlighting digital connectivity as a bridge between the government and the public, the Chief Minister emphasized Uttarakhand’s role in the vision of “Viksit Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat @2047.” He noted that social media has made governance more sensitive and accountable. With the help of content creators, the promotion of tourism, biodiversity, and local products will accelerate the state’s development. The program began with a musical performance by Jagar singer Pritam Bharatwan, who is dedicated to connecting Uttarakhand’s cultural heritage with the digital world. The presence of Chief Secretary R. Meenakshi Sundaram and DG Information Banshidhar Tiwari highlighted the government’s support for this initiative.
The digital ecosystem being promoted by organizations like C2C Leadership and Kedar Beyond Creations will play a decisive role in making Uttarakhand a strong pillar of “Shreshtha Bharat” by 2047. This ecosystem will not only create employment but also preserve the state’s culture, language, and traditions. The entry of Jagar artists like Pritam Bharatwan into digital platforms is an important step in this direction.

Uttarakhand Creators Meet 2025 has made it clear that the development of the mountains will no longer rely solely on stone and cement, but on the ideas of the youth, the creativity of women, and the energy of digital creators. This event is only the beginning—now the need is to institutionalize such efforts across the state. When every village youth becomes a creator and every woman entrepreneur builds her identity in the digital world, Uttarakhand will shine as the brightest star in the vision of Developed India @2047.
