The Women Shaping the Future 2025 virtual global conference, held from 16th to 18th August 2025, brought together inspiring women leaders, educators, entrepreneurs, and changemakers from across continents for three days of powerful discussions on leadership, empowerment, and transformation. Organized by M.Y. Business Management & Trading LLC in collaboration with Murshidah Said, the event celebrated resilience, purpose, and compassion in leadership.
Dr. Nuslia Nushra Akhter, CEO of M.Y. Business Management & Trading LLC, inaugurated the conference with a call for unity and empowerment, while keynote speaker Murshidah Said, International Business & Life Coach, emphasized conscious leadership grounded in kindness and authenticity.
