New Delhi(Sep, 4) : The first meeting of the newly formed Congress Working Committee will be held in Hyderabad on 16th September. The next day i.e. on September 17, a huge rally will be organized after the extended meeting of the Congress Working Committee. Along with this, the Congress party will take out 722 Bharat Jodo Yatras across the country on September 7, the first anniversary of Bharat Jodo Yatra. Congress General Secretary KC Venugopal gave this information in a press conference at the Congress headquarters in New Delhi on Monday. During this, Jairam Ramesh, General Secretary of Congress Communication Department was also present with him.
KC Venugopal told that Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge has decided that the first meeting of the members of the newly formed Congress Working Committee will be held on September 16 in Hyderabad, Telangana. The next day, on September 17, there will be an extended meeting of the Working Committee, in which along with CWC members, Congress Committee presidents of all states, leaders of the Congress Legislature Party and office-bearers of the parliamentary party will also participate. After the meeting on the evening of September 17, there will be a massive Congress rally near Hyderabad.
Congress President, former Congress President and all other senior leaders of the party will participate in the rally. Five guarantees will be announced in the rally for the upcoming Telangana assembly elections. On the morning of September 18, all the leaders and workers will hold a meeting and a door-to-door campaign will be conducted in all the assembly constituencies against the BRS government. Bharat Jodo march will also be held in every assembly constituency.
