Hyderabad(Aug, 16):Â In case number 207/2023, under sections 302, 120-B read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) at Bandlaguda Police Station, the following accused individuals have been identified and arrested:
- Ahmed Bin Hajeb, aged 20, profession: Washing Machine Mechanic, address: 23-2-248, Sultan Shahi, Hyderabad.
- Ahmed Saadi, address: Barkas, Hyderabad.
- Abdullah Saadi, address: Barkas, Hyderabad.
- Mohammed Ayub Khan, aged 20, profession: Salesman at Cloth Shop, address: 23-6-316, Sultan Shahi, Moghalpura, Hyderabad.
Two individuals remain at large:
- Saleh Saadi, address: Barkas, Hyderabad.
- Omer Saadi, address: Barkas, Hyderabad.
The incident occurred on August 11, 2023, at approximately 00.17 hours, when Shaik Sayeed Bin Abdul Rahmaan Bawazeer, a known rowdy sheeter, was killed at the Buftaim building near Royal Sea Hotel Bandlaguda X Road, Hyderabad. The deceased’s father filed a complaint, leading to a murder case investigation.
Under the supervision of DCP Ch. Rupesh of South East Zone, and ACP Chandrayangutta, the Inspector of Police of PS Bandlaguda conducted a thorough investigation. The arrested accused (A1 to A3 and A6) were identified and recorded their confessions. The motive behind the murder appears to be a personal grudge between the accused individuals and the deceased, stemming from videos and statements made by the deceased about the accused’s family.
The accused A1 and deceased had developed a friendship during their time in jail, where the deceased allegedly lured A1 into unnatural activities. This led to a series of events culminating in a conspiracy involving A2 to A4 to eliminate the deceased. The accused A1, along with assistance from A6, carried out the murder by luring the deceased into a trap and then stabbing him.
The arrested accused have been presented in court for remand, while efforts to apprehend the remaining accused are ongoing. Commissioner of Police CV Anand IPS commended the investigation team for their prompt and effective resolution of the case.
