Hyderabad(Aug, 15):Â Telangana’s Chief Minister, K. Chandrashekar Rao, raised the national flag at Golconda Fort on Independence Day. This marks his 10th time hoisting the flag at this historic site. After the flag ceremony, he spoke to the people of Telangana. During his talk, he revealed a new plan called Telangana Cheneta Maggam, which aims to help weavers improve their looms.
He also mentioned that the Palamuru-Rangareddy Lift Irrigation Scheme (PRLIS) will be launched soon, and work on its irrigation canals will begin shortly.
