Hyderabad (April 9): BRS Senior Leader Dr. Dasoju Sravan proclaimed CM KCR is the true champion of Minorities as KCR strived for the wholesome development of Minorities in Telangana. Stressing that KCR has been assiduously protecting the ‘Ganga Jamuna Tehzeeb’ of Telangana, Dr Sravan fired on BJP for trying to flare up communal sentiments, with the sole motive of attacking KCR Govt. BRS Hyderabad district incharge Dr. Dasoju Sravan participated in the Athmeeya Sammelan held under the leadership of Home Minister Mahmood Ali in Old City, Hyderabad on Sunday.
“CM KCR is the true champion of Minorities in Telangana. While Congress and other parties are just seeing Minorities as vote bank, KCR has been striving for the wholesome development of Minorities through relentless efforts towards community. KCR has implemented various schemes like Shaadi Mubarak, Minorities Gurukuls, financial assistance to Minorities through schemes like ‘Own Your Auto’, ‘Driver Empowerment scheme’, subsidized loans, scholarships for Minorities students and other initiatives,” said Dasoju Sravan speaking at the Athmeeya Sammelan.
“Through Shaadi Mubarak scheme alone KCR has helped more than 2.28 lakh Minorities girls by offering Rs 1,00,016 to each, by spending about Rs 2,165 Cr till now. No other CM in the history of India has done this. Besides schemes, KCR has also been generously allocating funds for Minorities welfare and Old City development. Minorities are living happily under KCR rule. Elections are just seven months away. It is our responsibility to bring KCR back to power for the third time to continue this development,” stressed Dr Dasoju Sravan speaking on the occasion.
“Besides development and welfare of Minorities, KCR is also assiduously protecting the ‘Ganaga Jamuna Tehzeeb’ of Telangana. While Minorities in other states are facing attacks by cow vigilantes and right wing hooligans, Minorities in Telangana are safe under KCR’s rule.” said Dr. Dasoju Sravan appealing to people not to fall for saffron party’s crooked tactics.
